Unemployment has not only taken a toll on my finances but the stress that comes with it really resonates onto the family. I'm sure some of you can relate to that. My doctor suggested Zoloft, but after discovering Zanaprin and consulting with her, I've been taking it for about a month and a half now. I'm a lot more “cool headed” these days and I'm told I've got a new pep in my step as well...go figure. Due to stress from losing my job my anxiety has been through the roof! I tried melatonin but after a few weeks it pretty much just stopped working. I know zanaprin is supposed to be an anti anxiety pill but I take it in the evening and it helps me wind down before bed.
